What is in it for the participant?
The lucky recipient will be motivated to practise hormone yoga at home via Zoom. Step-by-step instructions are given by experienced yoga instructors. If she misses a session, a recording is available to her.
Monday – Wednesday – Friday 8.00 to 8.30 a.m. in German
Motivated Lady: 3 times a week, 30 minutes each (EUR 55)
Busy Lady: 1 time per week for 30 minutes (EUR 20)
At the beginning, the participant has a private lesson to adjust and align her postures to her needs.
