As menopause begins, a woman’s body goes through major changes that impact hormonal balance. Our hormone yoga program is specially designed to support the body as it adjusts to these changes. With targeted yoga exercises, we help you balance your hormones, strengthen your well-being, and alleviate menopausal symptoms.
What the Program Includes
Free and Flexible: Join live on Zoom or train anytime at your own pace with recorded sessions.
Proven Methods: Specially designed yoga exercises based on Dinah Rodrigues teaching, to support hormonal balance.
Commitment: Three times per week, for 3 months – simple, effective, and long-lasting. Live Classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 8:00 to 8:30 am CET, in German language.
Private Hormone Yoga Session: Receive a one-on-one yoga session with our expert, tailored to your individual needs. In English or German.
