Hormone Yoga Weekend in Schlangenbad, Hesse
3 times 1 hour of hormone yoga according to Dinah Rodrigues with a certified yoga teacher. Conducted in German and English.
The dynamic sequences are complemented by anti-stress exercises and are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners.
After each session, you’ll feel refreshed, happy and boosted. And your spine, hips and shoulders feel more flexible.

Location and activities
The Sampurna seminar house is located in Schlangenbad, surrounded by warm springs, lots of fresh air and the meadows and forests of the Taunus. From Wiesbaden and Mainz, it takes less than 30 minutesdrive. Here is more information on how to get there.
A hike is planned for Saturday and we definitely want to go to the Äskulap-Therme.
Food and drink
Organic vegetarian buffet meal is included, starting with the evening buffet on Friday, ending with the lunch buffet on Sunday as well as all-day break buffet (fruit, nuts, biscuits, coffee/tea variations and water).
Use of the sauna
There is a beautiful sauna area that we are allowed to enjoy for free.

The prices are for standard rooms. There are DeLuxe options for the rooms, the possibility to book a space for a camper/tent or to participate as a day guest without an overnight stay. Just drop us a mail for the prices.

What is hormone yoga?
Hormone yoga is a therapy consisting of poses, movements and breathing exercises with which you actively work on your organs and glands to reactivate the production of estrogen, your female hormones. Dinah Rodrigues, yoga teacher and Dr. of Phsycholog from Brazil developed this technique. She further endorsed the effectivity with studies made in collaboration with the university of Sao Paolo.
Ich habe geschwitzt, als ich es am wenigsten brauchte (brauchen wir das überhaupt? 😀 ), bin mitten in der Nacht aufgewacht, einmal mehr.
Ich hatte Tabletten ausprobiert, nach 3 Monaten aufgehört. Habe die Ernährung umgestellt. Nichts davon löste das Problem wirklich.
Dann fand ich, was mein Leben wirklich verändert hat. Das möchte ich gerne mit dir teilen.
Ich habe die Ausbildung zur zertifizierten Lehrerin für Hormon-Yoga gemacht, wie sie von Dinah Rodrigues unterrichtet wird.
Außerdem besteht mein Leben aus Reisen. Es wäre wunderbar, wenn wir uns in Schlangenbad treffen würden!
